TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This regulation is an integral part of the Booking Form. For any matters not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current regulations, common sense, and mutual respect in the interest of all guests.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS – VILLA TOJI

The Management and Staff of Villa Toji thank you for your interest. As we welcome you, we would like to inform you of the house rules. We ask you to carefully read these regulations and the behavioral norms that every guest must follow to avoid causing disturbance or damage to others and the environment.

Villa Toji is a residence for many guests who have chosen to stay here. We ask that you respect and treat it with the same care you would for your own home or that of your relatives and friends. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe not only legal regulations but also the principles of common sense and mutual respect.

Your cooperation is essential for an enjoyable stay for all guests, for our staff, and for the environment in which the property is located.

Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation may lead to the termination of the contract with the corresponding economic and legal consequences. The Management of Villa Toji reserves the right to modify this regulation for operational or service-related reasons by publishing the changes on the website www.villatoji.com.

1) GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. The regulations of Villa Toji are established to ensure an orderly, peaceful, and harmonious experience for all guests. This regulation has contractual value between Villa Toji and the guest. Requesting to stay at the villa and Villa Toji’s approval of such a request implies full acceptance of this regulation.
  2. All guests must comply with the internal regulations, as detailed on the websitewww.villatoji.com.
  3. Failure to comply with the regulation or additional directives issued by the management may result in removal from the property and notification to both national and international tourism organizations. If the violation may constitute a criminal offense, it may also be reported to the appropriate public authorities. All guests must respect the specific notices posted within the villa premises.
  4. Parents or guardians are jointly responsible for the actions of their minor children. They must supervise them at all times and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior, particularly regarding observing quiet hours and proper use of shared spaces and amenities. Any disturbing activities that may cause inconvenience to other guests are strictly prohibited.
  5. The behavior of all guests, adults and minors alike, is considered contractually relevant. Any violation of these regulations or general rules of civic coexistence may result in immediate termination of the contract. If this occurs, the guest must leave the villa within five hours of notification. In such cases, the management reserves the right to withhold any amounts already paid and claim additional sums for damages.
  6. The management has the right to expel without prior notice any guest who fails to comply with the regulations or behaves in a manner that causes harm or disturbance.
  7. The designated staff members are responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations. By accepting accommodation at Villa Toji, each guest also accepts the authority of our staff in enforcing these rules. The staff is, in turn, obliged to respect Italian law and principles of courtesy and decorum. All guests have the right to a respectful and dignified treatment.
  8. Villa Toji reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. The latest version will always be available on the websitewww.villatoji.com.

2) PERSONAL DATA

  1. In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.2003, all personal data of our guests will be processed manually and through electronic systems to fulfill fiscal obligations such as issuing invoices, recording data, and providing the requested services.
  2. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid identification document, which will be recorded for public security purposes.
  3. Guests who subscribe to our newsletter or fill out contact forms agree to receive updates and promotions in real-time.

3) CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to seven days before arrival.
If canceled within seven days before arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

4) RESERVATIONS

  • Presence of pets if applicable

Please also indicate your estimated time of arrival.

5) PAYMENT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

If an invoice is required, please inform us upon arrival and provide the necessary details.
Any extra services used must be paid on the same day they are used.
Any undisclosed guests staying in the same room will be charged 40 percent extra per night.
Lost keys will be charged a minimum fee of 10 euros per key.
Damages caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.

6) CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out: By 11:00

A late check-out penalty of 50 euros applies for check-outs after 11:00. After 13:00, the full daily rate will be charged.

7) GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests must respect the villa and its amenities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Quiet hours are from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 00:00 to 07:30.
Any damages, missing items, or violations will be charged accordingly.

8) PET POLICY

Villa Toji does not accept all pets. Prior approval is required.

9) WI-FI

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Guests must provide their name and agree to our privacy policy before receiving access credentials.
