INTERNAL RULES OF VILLA DI SOTTO
The Management and Staff of Villa Toji
We thank you for your interest and, in warmly welcoming you, we would like to make you aware of the house rules. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read the regulations and the behavioral guidelines that each guest must follow to avoid causing disturbance or harm to others and to the environment.
Above all, this structure is the residence of many guests who have chosen to stay here; therefore, we ask that you respect and treat it as you would your own home or that of relatives and friends. For a good coexistence, we ask that you observe not only the rules established by law but also those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Your cooperation will be essential for everyone to have a pleasant stay—both for our facility and the staff working here, as well as for the surrounding environment.
Failure to comply with one or more points of these regulations and the rules contained herein may lead to the termination of the contract, with the corresponding economic and legal consequences.
The management of Villa Toji reserves the right to modify these regulations for operational or service-related reasons, by publishing the changes on the website www.villatoji.com.
OUR STAFF IS AT THE COMPLETE DISPOSAL OF GUESTS FOR ANY NEED, IN ORDER TO MAKE EACH STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE
1) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- The Regulations of the Villa Toji accommodation facility are established to ensure uniform, orderly, serene, and peaceful use for everyone. They are of a contractual nature between Villa Toji and the Guest; therefore, the request to stay at the villa and the acceptance of this request by Villa Toji imply full acceptance of these Regulations.
- All guests are required to comply with the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility as indicated on the website [www.villatoji.com](https://www.villatoji.com).
- Non-compliance with the Regulations and further directives of Management may lead to the expulsion of the offender from the Facility and the reporting of the incident to all national and international tourism organizations, including notification to Public Authorities if such non-compliance may potentially indicate the commission of a crime. All specific instructions posted on signs in the property area and/or pertaining to the villa must also be observed.
- Parents (or those who legally exercise authority over minors) are jointly responsible for the actions carried out by their minor children within the villa. They are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior towards others under their direct responsibility, particularly concerning the obligation to respect silence, proper use of spaces, and equipment provided by the Facility to its Guests. Any activity that may disturb other Guests is strictly prohibited. In general, all the rules of this contractual regulation must be respected.
- The conduct of both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant. Therefore, any violation of the rules in these Regulations or of the general rules of civil coexistence and the good operation of the villa will result, according to the inappellable judgment of Management as per the contract, in the immediate termination of the contract due to the Guest’s actions and expulsion from the villa within 5 hours from the time of the incident report. In such cases, the Management of the villa is authorized to retain any sums already paid and to demand the remaining amounts, including as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to claim further damages.
- As provided by the current laws of the Italian Republic, Management has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the Regulations or behaves in a way that causes damage or disturbance.
- Staff appointed by Management is required to enforce the Regulations on everyone. Each Client, by accepting hospitality at the villa, also contractually agrees to submit to the authority of the said staff, who are, in turn, always obliged to respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the commonly accepted principles of courtesy and good manners. According to villa policy, all guests are entitled to respectful and dignified treatment, and as a responsible hospitality structure, we are obliged to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. Should a guest’s actions be deemed inappropriate by a staff member, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the villa reserves the right to take action against the guest after verifying the situation. Depending on the severity of the actions of the guests, the villa may, at its discretion, involve law enforcement or expel the guests from the facility.
- Management reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, which will be available on the website [www.villatoji.com](https://www.villatoji.com).
